Did not receive 3 months of XBL promotion code

I bought 3 months of XBL from the home screen on the dashboard because I would receive 3 free but never got the code for the free 3 months.

Any mods out there that can help me with this? I already spoke with Maria T in an online chat who pointed me to this forum.

EDIT: The promotion was running in May. I purchased the 3 months of XBL on May 7th.

After the trial month i dont recive the 3 months free and i got charged the membership.

After the test period and waiting for my code to arrive for 3 months free of grove music, it is a date which I did not receive the code that said the promotion. I paid a month of normal subscription to see if I could receive the code and still have not received
any code. That promotion is a complete fraud. And I have paid for a service that I will not even use.

 

3 month live promotion code expired.

I bought three months of xbl during the buy 3 get 3 free promotion.

I redeemed the first three months and received the email with the code for the next 3 months. I was not aware this was a "promotional code" as opposed to a real 3 month code and I did not open the email as I had no need to redeem the code at the time.

When my xbl expired I went to my email to use my next 3 month code and found it was a promotional code which expired on march 31st 2 weeks after I received it.

Is there a way to remedy this situation and get my second 3 month code.

As I see it I have paid for 6 months of xbl and only received 3 months.

3 months??!!!!!! Outrageous, isn't it?

Sorry that you are just being pointed to here as those lazy and unhelpful Microsoft and Xbox staff need to hide behind the volunteer ambassadors here so as to buy time. Hence I am afraid that you need to take a bit more time to be diverted to other contact.

 

I have not heard from any one about this. Any mod out there that can assist?
