I have purchased Forza Horizon 3 in the first two weeks it has been released, and I have not received my code for a $10 gift card. I have checked my messages, and email, but I did not see an email about the code.

You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer was from them. Keep in mind that if you are a rewards member, you should have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code.

Xbox gift cards of the era simply had a picture of a game on the front, and represented the dollar figure required to get that game. They did not contain game specific codes, and you cannot exchange it for Forza horizon two. You can purchase a physical disk copy from a used game source and play that

Hi, you should find the two cars inside your messages in the menù. The cars should be in the "gift" tab and you need to directly download them from the message

Specifically my purchase/receipt states: $10 Microsoft Store gift code - Additional Product Information:

Your $10 Microsoft Store gift code will be delivered to your email address within 10 business days of game release.

It has been over two weeks now and no email related to the $10 MS Gift Card.
