    Hey recently I used microsoft reward points to buy a roblox card worth 800 robux which was 12000 points, it also said it came with a free virtual item.

    I bought this card thinking there would be both however she only received 800 robux and not the virtual item which she also wanted. We did check the inventory and then sent a request to roblox to check what happened they responded with ,

    However I can assure you it is most likely roblox but I will try posting here to see if there is any help available thanks!

    If the Robux code you got using Microsoft Rewards won’t redeem on either the standard Redeem page or in your Roblox account settings, here’s what I recommend:

    1. Double-check that you’re using the right platform

    Robux gift cards from Microsoft Rewards can only be redeemed at https://www.roblox.com/redeem.

    They won’t work on the Xbox/Microsoft redeem page: https://redeem.microsoft.com

    2. Look carefully at the code format

    Robux codes are usually a mix of letters and numbers, around 12–15 characters long. If yours looks too short or has special characters, copy it again directly from your Rewards order history to make sure nothing got cut off.

    3. Wait a few minutes and try again

    Sometimes codes take a few minutes to activate on Roblox’s servers. Try again after 10–15 minutes if it still says invalid.

    4. Check your Microsoft Rewards order

    Go here to confirm you redeemed the 400 Robux:

    Click “See Code” next to the Robux reward.

    If the code still won’t work after all that, Roblox Support is the only team that can check what’s going on with the gift card:
