    Hi, I purchased Gears of War 4 back on October 12th. I was supposed to receive a code for Gears of War Collection for Xbox 360, but I haven't received anything yet. This was purchased through the Windows Store. Order number is 5b428fac-c49b-4ab9-95bf-dabf9ae4dcb8.

    As a side note, I already own all of them except for Gears of War 3.

    Did not get the game.

    Check your "My games and Apps" section on your console and go to "ready to install" to see if it is in there. You may have to manually start the install by selecting it there.

    Hi! My name is Ben a fellow member in the community and hope you are doing well!

    Can you tell us what game is this for and if it is for an Xbox console games? For Xbox you should be able to see once you search the game on the store and find the option to install it. Or check it via the steps below:

    1. Go to My games and apps

    2. Move down to the full library section.

    3. Select the Owned Games tab at the top.

    4. Search for the game you purchased.

    5. Select the title and hit Install all.

    This will queue the title up and begin the installation process.

    If this still doesn't show the game, I suggest to check your order status via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page as well to see whether the game is showing on your order list and the status should show as purchased.

    Feel free to post back here if you need more help and we will try with the best of our knowledge to assist.

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with a recent purchase. If the game was purchased on your account rather than giftee the game license is now embedded in your account. Unfortunately, we do not have an available feature to transfer
    a digital game to another account.

    I would suggest doing what Light759 suggested and check the bottom of the disc for damage. If the disc is damaged you can go through the disc replacement program to get the disc replaced. See the link below for more info.

    Check the underside of the disk for scratch marks. If it has some then it is be damaged as the message suggests. You could try cleaning the disk with a soft cloth and see if it helps. Some people also report that installing the game to the HDD may also help
    when a game gets scratched, but I don't know of the success rate. You could try positioning the console horizontally also but I'm not sure if that will help at all past avoiding this in the future, though it could be worth a shot. Unless anyone else has any
    suggestions though, I'm not sure what else you could do.
