Discus and support did not get seagate expansion in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; did not get seagate expansion so we ordered it too me as christmaspresent and belived it would come it says delivered after some days just like xbox...     did not get seagate expansion so we ordered it too me as christmaspresent and belived it would come it says delivered after some days just like xbox series s with no tracking number to mailbox from ups did not get money back

    I would call and contact who ever delivered the package to you. Let them know whats going on and see what they say.

    only tracking number i got was to return it like i never recieved it it stay as delivered for a week or more and no tracking nummber was to it it was never sent from ups microsoft said they have 1000 cases like the one and i was the only one who was able

    Expansion Card Question

    Did you buy the Seagate expansion card or a Seagate hard drive? The arrows mean the games are on a device that can't run them and they need to be moved back to the internal drive in order to play them. If what you bought is not the Seagate expansion card, it won't run those games, it'll only store them.
