Discus and support did not get rewards points in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i boght black ops 3 and fallout 4 and did not get my rewards points i called xbox about this hope you can fix should have got up to 12,000 reward...     i boght black ops 3 and fallout 4 and did not get my rewards points i called xbox about this hope you can fix should have got up to 12,000 reward points for each games it was promo for dec..

    Hello,

    the first purchase offer is for making your first ever purchase on the marketplace,so if you bought something else before joining rewards you wont be eligible to get the points.

    Ok then since it is your first time ever purchase here how it works.

    In order for the points to be shown as pending on your rewards profile you have to wait for 96 hours from the moment of the purchase.

    When you have at least 100 points pending ,the proccess for receiving them starts.You have to wait for another 45 days to redeem them and every 15th of each month.
