    Did not get rewards for Titanfall 2


    Ok, this is the third time I have tried to post this question. Over a month ago I pre- ordered titanfall 2. At that time there was a reward promotion of 15k for this purchase. I never recieved the 15k or anything for this purchase. I would like to collect
    those points can you let me know how. Or am I SOL.

    Preordered Titanfall 2 and did not get credit for it

    I pre ordered titanfall 2 and did not get a VIP reward increase and did not get a punchcard on the preorder 3 deal. Whats going on?

    No rewards issued for pre-order of TF2

    I pre-oredered Titanfall 2 and did not recieved the 15000 reward credits promised. Please tell me how to get these points.

    Did you preorder digitally or as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com? Digital orders are not eligible for that offer.

    Hi WaddaULukenAt. Since your purchase was from the Xbox Store for the digital copy of Titanfall 2, it did not qualify for the Microsoft Store Pre-Order offer. Only purchases made from microsoftstore.com would qualify.

    Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was made before your registration date. We cannot Reward purchases made outside of the Rewards program. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was made in October, and therefore did not receive any progress, as it was a pre-order.
