    I did not get any of the rewards although I made qualifying purchases for all Movies & TV missions before the end of last month. Can you please investigate and fix? Thanks!

    Missing my movie credits

    I did not get any of the rewards although I made qualifying purchases for my Movies & TV missions And it’s been a lot longer then 96 hours. Can you please investigate and fix? Thanks!

    Microsoft Movies & TV Rewards Progress not Updated

    I have purchased 3 movie titles (each for $20) from the New Releases list for the Microsoft Movies & TV Rewards Mission and the progress on these missions has not been updated. I purchased 2 of them on Jan 1st and the 3rd on Jan 6th so it has been more
    than 96 hours. I know that one of the movies applied to the Being Dr. Rewards Mission but I would expect that the other 2 would have been applied to the
    Microsoft Movies & TV Rewards Mission. Can someone investigate? Thanks!

    We see the Credits for all these offers are currently pending in your account. Please note our program has a 96 hour processing time, as stated in the FAQ for this offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards?



    Your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    Direct Message from THE MEGATRONIC: "I made the perchase on my Xbox in the Xbox store. Does that still count?"
    The terms and conditions of the Gotta Get 'Em All Mission say the movies need to be purchased through the Microsoft Movies & TV App. So, my assumption is that they won't count. I would get some more information from official Rewards Support, though!

    From the FAQ:

    Featured Monthly Missions

    This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items and completing achievements, plus an extra
    bonus for completing all of the steps).

    For example, this month's featured monthly mission would be the Apocalypse Rewards offer. Since you have only done the Microsoft Movies and TV offer, which is a recurring offer and not a featured monthly mission, you have not completed this MyChallenge.
