Did not get rewards credits for purchasing Halo Wars 2

We will review your progress for your purchases from the 16th to the 26th. However, regarding your further posts:

You received Credit for your FREEdom Rewards purchases. Since you only purchases consumables for a single game in October and November, you received Credits for the FREE pass offer on October 5th and November 2nd. However, since you did not make any consumable
purchases in December, you did not complete FREEquent player, and since you did not make purchases from three different games in a month, you did not receive Credits for 1, 2, FREE.

For Games on Demand, only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. Since you did not have three eligible pre-orders during the offer period, you did not receive three punches and therefore did not complete the punch card.

The preorder period is from JANUARY 1st until MARCH so that's another lie I caught you in the other lie is when you said I didn't make a preorder in December which I did and I have the email and billing information for Halo Wars 2 the Ultimate Edition so
you need to really stop lying and trying to get out of giving me my rewards because you owe me 15 thousand rewards points for my 3 preorders I made today which qualified me for the reward and my rewards points for the preorders I made for Xcome 2 digital deluxe
edition and Halo Wars 2 the Ultimate Edition

Since only your purchase of Halo War 2 was made during the offer period, it was the only purchase that applied toward that offer. However, since that offer required the completion of all three chapters, you did not complete that offer, and therefore did
not receive any Credits.

Similarly, since your purchase of Halo Wars 2 occurred in December, it was not made within the offer period for Games on Demand, and did not apply toward that offer.

When did you purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition? The Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code will be sent to you 7-10 days after purchasing Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. If it has not been 10 days after purchasing, hang tight and post back here if you do
not receive a code after waiting 10 days.

To clarify did you purchase a digital edition of the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition? Or was this a Disc Copy with an additional code emailed to you?

This was a digital edition of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.
