Did not get rank updated in Solitaire.

I followed the instructions and do have the latest version.

My 'connectivity' was only on one game on 9/17 and on 9/18 there were two, BUT eventually I was able to play multiple times and got recorded.

I just want Microsoft Solitarire to show my #1 ranking. Is there a way to contact the techs and get them to update/fix?

Please tell me what's going on exactly? What are you trying to do on solitaire collection?

Is this happening on Windows 10, 11 or mobile phone?

If it's on phone, are you using a Android or iOS?
If possible, attach a video or picture of the problem to understand better your problem
And tell me what did you tried so far to fix this

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

I play Solitaire on my Windows 10 computer and am logged in to my Xbox account as gbbean.

On game completed on 9/17, it shows my rank as #1 and supposed to show on summary as having a #1 'event'. but does not. There was trouble finishing because kept saying coulnd't connect so I had to do multiple times. Probably every other player had similar problems. Anyway, want my ranking to show 1 event as getting #1.



When I completed today's event (below and not final) it does not show that I had a #1 rank on 9/17. Shows I have 0 #1, 2-#2 and 5-#3. Have no idea how to get corrected. There was no way for me to complete my 'complaint' to Microsoft. Thanks again for your help.

Once there, click on "Open a ticket"

Don't forget to be as detailed as possible

Hi, right now there is a known issue about this. May I know if you already have the latest version of Solitaire collection?

If yes and the issue persists, did you try reinstalling the app to see if that helps?

If that doesn't work, what about using a completely different wifi network?
