Discus and support Did not get Promo in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I had a promo come up on my home screen that if I signed up for games with gold I would get 4 free games (in addition to the games with gold games)....     Did not get Promo


    I had a promo come up on my home screen that if I signed up for games with gold I would get 4 free games (in addition to the games with gold games). they were powerstar golf, crimson dragon, max, ad killer instinct. This was in January and I have not gotten
    anything yet. when I chat with customer service they can not find the promo and told me to post here.

    i don't receive 3 months of free promo code.

    I also have not received any promo code from this same promo event. I thought it was just gonna be considered free and not have to get a promo code. Money has been taken out. Didn't get a email or nothing about this promo so i have no way of knowing if
    it ever meant through.

    I did it through Xbox one.

    hi i did not get my halo 4 promo code and yes i did read the latest update on halo waypoint and i have not recived my code so what do i do and i also read the sticky post about this promo

    Hey RedCHEEKOMAN,

    Did you use a credit card to purchase a year of Xbox Live Gold, or did you use a pre-paid 12 Month code? In order to receive these games, you would have needed to purchase Xbox Live Gold through the promotion screen you saw with a credit card. Entering a
    12 Month Xbox Live Gold code does not qualify for this promotion.

    Please let us know if you did purchase with a credit card so we can take a deeper look. Thanks!

    72 of my friends got the code for a $10 card and I didn't

    I think some of these promos are random at times

    I have had some but not others for example the Minecraft promo I did not get that one even though I own it and played it but never mind :(
