Did not get points from a mission completed in march

Hi, I didn't get my points for a mission completed in march after spending more than 60 dollars. The answer was because I'm registered in Mexico but I doubled checked and in my region it says United States. Can you tell me what's going on, I even contacted
Microsoft support and they said I've been in this region since 2010 and I started the program in 2012.

Rewards not deposited for march missions

so i completed the march mission which was to pre-order any game on the set list and get 5000 rewards credits for each pre-order up to 15000. I pre-ordered dbz fighter, monster hunter world and sword art online which were all on the list. The mission page
confirmed i pre-ordered these games and confiremed that i did earn 15000 rewards points. The deposit date came and points from vip gems and surveys , etc were deposited but the mission points were not there.i chatted with an online rep who couldnt find anything
on if i completed the missions or not. I called and was sent here. Can i have my points plz

Xbox Live Rewards Points for April

Hello I have not received any rewards points for March or April of this year. I posted last month and you said I had did one of the missions in March which nullified my points for March. I did not accept any missions for April and spent $159.45 but have
not gotten any rewards points for having spent that much. Please help!

Hello Novato14,

You registered into the Rewards program as a Mexican member. The region displayed at the bottom of your MyRewards page is your Microsoft Account region, not your Rewards Account region. Additionally, since your Account regions do not match, your
deposit will fail since we cannot deposit peso into a Microsoft Account configured for US dollars. In order to resolve this issue, you have two options. You need to either adjust your Microsoft Account to match your Rewards Account, or create a new Rewards
Account to match your new Microsoft Account region.

1) You can adjust your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards region from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This will cause your regions to match and allow your currency to be deposited.

2) The second option of Creating a brand new account has some pros and cons. The benefit of creating a new Rewards Account is that your new account will be set to track and Reward purchases made in your Microsoft Account's regional currency. The drawback
is that you will lose the previous progress you have made on your account, as you will be creating a brand new Rewards Account.
While we will be able to transfer any pending (un-deposited) Credits from your old Rewards Account, we will not be able to transfer any other progress.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If you check your MyDashboard at
(Xbox Live Rewards), you will be able to see if you are still in the registration process. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request
any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

This has also happened to me. I did not get the achievment for completing mission 4 and 7 even though I did and also did not get the co-op completion achievement. I read that you have to play the mission from start to finish without starting from a checkpoint
to get the achievments. I know for a fact I continued from checkpoints for those missions when completing them.

Malnificent

If you start the mission from the beginning, then get to a rally point, quit, and later start from a later rally point, you will not get the achievement for mission completion. This happened to me when going for "Bros to the Close" when I checkpointed after
a marine died. I reloaded and started from RP Bravo and finished the mission without the completion achievement. You have to start from the beginning and play straight to the end of the mission, using "continue campaign" if you quit before the mission is
over.

CRUZZifer

Yeah the boss name is Hunter Hellquist. You have to complete the side mission before you can start farming i believe. You get the radio mission from Mordecai at some point.
