    i pre ordered wwe 2k17 and when i got the game i redeemed the code for the pre order bonus and it said "something went wrong on at our end" and i did not get my pre order code

    Shinobi Striker Pre Order Bonus Not Recieved

    I have pre ordered shinobi striker deluxe version through the microsoft store and I did not recieve any of my pre order bonuses. If anyone could tell me how I am able to recieve my pre order bonuses much appreciated.

    How did you pre-order the game and which content specifically are you missing? If this was a purchase through a retailer, you'd need to work with them for getting a replacement code. However you may have been able to redeem the code even though you saw the
    error. If you check your Ready to Install section on the console do you see the content available for you to install?

    To clarify, the REQ pack, and the fall of reach did download and install for me. The digital pre-order bonus did not. As I understand it, this is the armor and weapon skin advertised as a pre-order bonus with many retailers.
