    Did not get my points for my mission simply rewarding


    Hi, I'm missing 6,000 points for a mission I completed in march, I spent more than 60 dólares before taxes and it's been more than 96 hours that the mission is over and I don't see the points. Can you fix this please.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently recovering from an issue with our data source for purchase information that caused us to be delayed in receiving that activity. We can confirm this purchase should complete this offer, but at the time has
    not yet been processed for Rewards. We are currently working on bringing our system up to speed to Reward this purchase. Once we can confirm that you have been awarded successfully, we will update this thread.

    You registered as a Mexican Rewards member. Since your purchases were made in a non-Mexican currency, they are not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the Rewards program. Furthermore, since your Rewards Region and your Microsoft
    Account region are not matching, you will be unable to claim a deposit since we cannot deposit Pesos from your Mexican Rewards Account into your United States Microsoft Account, which will only accept USD.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post
    after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    They have reset again the missions and now the points are similar to the missions of february... I think they are still trying to find a balance for this missions and in my opinion they are doing a great job since these are simply more points for playing
    some games. I discovered some games thanks to these missions
