Did not get my money for GTA 5

With regards to the GTA 5 in-game currency, so long as the order is showing on your order history or when you sign in via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page then there is no problem on your Xbox account and it could be a delay on GTA servers end.

Normally it takes 24 hours only before the item gets credited to your account, but if you still haven't receive it I suggest to try removing and adding your Xbox profile on your console as well. Make sure to take note what email address you are using for your gamertag first, once you have noted your email you can then follow the steps here to remove and add your profile https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro...

Now if you still haven't receive the in-game currency after doing this, it would be best to contact the Rockstar games which is the developer of GTA 5 in order to report the missing currency for them to credit it to your account. Hey microsoft sent me a message that said i will recieve $500,000 on GTA V and i still haven’t got my money and its been 2 weeks

For getting currency on GTA 5 you would need to contact Rockstar games in order to get that money. Microsoft can't really help with that.

And i do not think it is right to take all of my money away from me for a mistake my son said he did a glitch on gta 5 and his account got permanent banned he is so upset

I’m not sure how my son found this person but he sent him money to create a mod account. Is there anyway to get a mod account for gta 5?
