Discus and support did not get my deposit on the 15th in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i have enough points it says it will auto deposit on or around the 15th nothing yet had enough point well before the 15th...     I got 15k points on the 13th and I did not get the deposit on the 15th. Is there a way to get an early deposit?

    The first deposit for this month took place around the 9th so you did not earn the credits in time for that deposit. Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are
    deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th
    of the next month.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credits that hit the 5000 amount required for a automatically scheduled deposit were not placed until the beginning of this month, they will not be deposited until the end of month deposit occurring shortly.

    There was no deposit scheduled for the 15th of this month. The first deposit took place on the 8th so you did not have the credits in time for that deposit. They should be deposited with the end of the month deposit which is scheduled for the 22nd.

    If your credits were pending after December 15, they are scheduled to be deposited on January 12. If they were pending before the 15th and did not deposit on the 29th, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account.
