Did not get my 14 day Xbox Live Gold

I ordered the Halo 5: Guardians - Pre order Edition on Oct. 18, 2015 using the xbox 1 console's microsoft store which in the description said it came with the 14 day free xbox live gold trial, but upon getting the game and downloading it installing
and everything, the game did not apply the 14 day gold trial to my account and I was not able to play multiplayer. I also went and checked the xbox one's messages and did not see a message with a code trial, that goes the same for my email address as well

14 day trials?

i did the same but now my xbox live gold has ended and i put the 14 day gold trial card code in it accepted it but its saying i still am not gold and i dont know why i should have 14 day gold trial

 

My Xbox One Did Not Come With A 14 Day

i paid 532 for my xbox one and it did not come with a 14 day thing i did not get xbox live because i thought it cam with a 14 day pass i spent all my money on a xbox one one and cant even play it :[
