Did not get full credit for Retro Rewards mission

I got credit in the Retro Rewards mission for purchasing get smart. I did not get credit for purchasing CoD Black Ops II or Eraser. Which would complete part 1 of the Retro Rewards Mission.

May My VIP Points

i spent 29.61 in may and never received my vip points. i posted the same question here June MYVIP credits not awarded and they
responded that they went towards the Retro Rewards and Rebel Rewards But i did not complete or earn any points for those offers. Please re review this for me.

Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For

example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be

eligible for MyVIP.

I did not COMPLETE a monthly mission even if they would have counted so i should get my VIP points.

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

Since your purchases in March went towards the opt-in offer "Simply Rewarding", those purchases did not award MyVIP. Similarly, your purchases in May went towards the "Retro Rewards" offer, and did not award MyVIP. From our FAQ:

As stated in the FAQ linked, purchases made towards completing a monthly mission will not also be eligible for MyVIP. This is also stated in the Terms and Conditions (https://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions/):

E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

11. Each qualifying action may only be applied to a single offer.

Since your purchases went towards Retro and Rebel Rewards, they were not also applied to MyVIP.
