Did not get fifa points

hello,

i need some help i just bought 12.000 fifa points, i paid with ideal i got the proof but i did not get anything please help me.

Sorry to hear it. It can take up to 24-48 hours for the points to be added to your account. Try the powercycle as listed to see if it helps though

Have you tried with billing support dear sir. Maybe to try here?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Sorry you have had this problem,

i take it you had no problem get the microsoft points but you had problems with just getting the fifa points?
