did not get dark souls 1 from preorderin dark souls 3

I preordered dark souls 3 on february 17th 2016 and still not recieved my code for dark souls 1.

I purchased Dark Souls 3 but I did not get a code for Dark Souls 1 yet?

 

Message with code has gone

I preordered Dark Souls 3 and received a message from Xbox with a code for Dark Souls 1. I did not use this code. Now the message has gone. Is there any way to get the message or the code for Dark Souls 1?

 

I did the same(digital deluxe edition) on the 18th of February.Can anyone help?

 

I've just read in another post that even if you receive the code Dark Souls isn't backwards compatible yet.Can anyone tell me how I arrange a refund?

Still no reply. :0( You would think a company the size of Microsoft would have responded to this by now.
