Did not get credit for games purchased since July

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since your purchases in September were all pre-orders, they did not qualify for MyVIP payback. Additionally, you cannot get awarded for both an offer and MyVIP. Your purchase of Infinite Minigolf in August went towards the Summer Spotlight offer, so it did
not award Credits. Your other purchase that month was a consumable, so it did not award MyVIP payback.

We see you received payback for your purchases in July and September. Since you did not make any eligible purchases in August, you did not receive payback Credits that month. You can see all your past Credit activity from your MyStatement on the MyRewards
page.

We see recent MyVIP payback events on your account since your promotion to your first star in July. You did not receive payback for your purchase in August since we only calculate payback on $10 amounts. Since your purchase did not complete a $10 amount,
it was reserved to complete a $10 amount in a later month. You can view a Credit statement for your account on the MyStatement located on the MyRewards page. We only automatically schedule a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits, so you have not yet received
your currently pending Credits as currency. We see that you are receiving payback, and progress, for your MyVIP eligible purchases.

Also, as of July 2014, we no longer give Credits for Gold subscription renewals.

Since you only made one purchase from one Free to Play game for the past three months, the only offer you would have qualified for is FREE Pass. We see that you were awarded for your July purchase and those Credits are currently pending. Your August purchase
was beneath the $30 requirement for FREE Pass. We have identified why you did not get awarded for your September purchase, and will manually adjust that event into your account. You should see those Credits pending shortly.

Ok, according to the link below it seems the credit would be in the form of a Windows Store credit
