    did not get content I purchased


    I purchased the Deluxe Edition upgrade for need for speed heat and I got everything to show I purchased it for my xbox. I bought it through the game but EA told me to contact Microsoft. I got the other content I paid for and it showed installed but I go to see if the upgrade content shows I've paid for it it just shows the price. At the moment I don't want my money back I just want the content I paid for and I have the proof of payment for. What do I do?

    If that’s the case everything is perfect on Microsoft’s end and it would be best to reach out to EA so they can investigate the game that isn’t detecting your license for it.

    Hi deadkillerGTR18maze, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform a power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
