Did not get Black Steel Kait even after spending over $100

I have spent over $100 dollars on the eSport Gears of War 4 packs. I feel stupid to say that. I'm extremely upset that I didn't get the Kait skin that I wanted. Yes, I do understand that it is random but this is extremely ripping people off. I've gotten
duplicates and everything. I don't expect a full refund but I do have a request if this is at all possible, I've been with the Xbox live community for over 6 years and have convinced people to come onto the Xbox platform, I got the Gears of War 4 Ultimate
Edition, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, original Gears, Gears 3, and Gears Judgement. I'm a long time player. I was even at the midnight release for Gears 4 Ultimate Edition. My request is that, if not a full refund can you at least give me the Kait that I
desire so much? I feel like crying and I feel like I was used for money as a consumer. Feel helpless and really I don't care if you take all the other cards I got away for the Kait, my Black Steel Del, Reyna, Lancer, Boltok, Markza, etc. I'd be willing to
give that all up for the one skin while you guys keeping the eSport money. If I cannot get a full refund or the Kait, I would be extremely upset and might move to a different platform. I feel completely used as a consumer especially since I've been so loyal.
I love Xbox, I really do.. I've even been in the preview program for over a year. Love the community. Would hate to be discouraged from this system over this.

I bought esports 4 packs a while ago and i got a awesome character and I come back to the game and I need help I miss my black steel kait.

I haven' t received my Vintage Kait code reward even after being over level 23 in the beta for Gears of War 4

"Cards are sorted by rarity, from Common [Green] to Rare [Blue] to Epic [Purple] and finally Legendary [Gold]. The higher the rarity, the less likely it is to find in a Gear Pack – but the more likely it is to be one of the most awesome Cards in your collection
when you acquire it!

Gears of War 4 has a Card creation system, allowing you to use a special creation only currency – Scrap – to create the Card you’ve always wanted.

Any unwanted Cards can be destroyed, turning them into the Scrap currency – the higher the rarity, the more Scrap is earned from destroying the card. Almost every card in the game can be Created – just like with destroying, the higher the rarity, the more
Scrap the card will cost to create. Once you have enough Scrap, you can directly acquire the Card you’ve been hunting for!

This system means that every card you acquire, even if it’s not of personal interest to you, can have value towards building the collection of cards that you desire"

This way you can destroy doubles and get Scrap currency in order to keep trying to get more rare cards.

 

The problem here is that doesn't work with these in anyway. I wouldn't have an issue if I was able to do that with this specific card. But they'd rather run away with the fans money than make it fair.
