    Hello Everybody, as you can see I recieved the GamerPic for buying XB1 in year 1.

    So far so good, but I did not recieve any Email about further stuff as it is announced here

    I see also other Users having his Issue..I^ve checked the Spam

    I was opted in to the Marketing-News all the time.

    I was also a faithful XB 360.. I^ve brought my friends too xbox.

    Ok I was not a XB Live Member all the time but I got a Xbox Long time ago..

    I would apprieciate any help, maybe you can send me the Email again. may I^ve deleted it..

    I would be glad to get any reward!

    Could someone of you (Official Support) check my Profile why I did not get it!

    I buy many games, I would be totally happy if you could make me that gift...

    I think I somehow have 2 Xbox Gamertags associated to my primary E-Mail address and that is why I am not receiving any E-mails.

    Hi,

    So, a while ago I changed the E-Mail associated with my gamertag to a new E-Mail. Since then I have not been receiving any E-Mails regarding Xbox, Xbox Live, Xbox Rewards or Xbox Ambassadors.

    I sometimes get E-Mails regarding a different Xbox Live Account, not my primary one. I am not sure how this has happened but I believe there are 2 gamertags associated to my one E-Mail address and that may be why I am not receiving any E-mails.

    THIS Is my main Gamertag, is the one I use and have always used.

    Thank you for any help.

    I'm a bit confused here.. How did you change the e-mail of an account that had another account already associated with it? Only 1 e-mail can be associated with 1 XBOX Live Gamertag. If a gamertag is permanently suspended I do not believe they offer any sort
    of e-mail changes or anything of the sort.

    Hey there Bhutankam Pema!

    Gifts were given to year One customers randomly. There are various reasons as to why the email may have not gotten to you. With that, if you can't locate the email, the gamer picture is awarded to everyone and is in the gamerpic library. I'm sorry for any
    inconvenience this may have caused.
