    Still nothing, if anyone has actually talked to either MS or 343 let us know how that conversation went. I tried a couple days ago with MS and besides sounding clueless on the offer werent any help.

    ok I have a gold subscription and never cancel and I received the in game items we were told we would get. I never received the message and now I'm worried I won't get the odst campaign or the new map. Had the game day one and still did not get the message
    I just hope it can still come not so worried about the one month but think I qualify for the free campaign and new level remade.

    I'm right there with everyone. Been a gold subscriber for 7 years and played halo mcc since the release and I'm stuck with the extra month also.

    I played Halo: MCC on my main account that had a gold subscription during that time frame and I have still, to this day, not received the extension.

    I have Gold, and had Gold at the time. I played connected to Live and unlocked achievements during the time period, I did just have a painful 20 minute call with support who had no idea what I was talking about. Not impressed at the moment.

    It was given to those of us who played the game online(not multiplayer gaming, but logged into xbox live) between 11/11/14 and 12/19/14. It wasn't given to us based on who played it the most. If you didn't get it, you must not have played it during those
    dates. If you did, and weren't credited for it, than contact microsoft support.
