Did not get 50k for One X or 6k for FarCry 5

I have an Xbox One X that has its S/N registered (confirmed today that I had done it) and I have a digital copy of FarCry 5 that I originally pre-ordered. My current points are 12,661. I am missing 56,000 reward points. I called Xbox and was told to come
here and report the issue and that a LOT of people are having this issue. I would like my points as the rewards are actually good now.

Microsoft Rewards

farcry 5 but to earn 6k points, I own it on the digital version, will not let me receive points, fortnite download and play 5 points, will not allow me to receive those 5 points, also world cup check it out to ear 5 points have spent 10 minutes going through
world cup things and have not been able to claim those points.

Microsoft rewards

This is exactly the same whats happened to me, i bought the xbox one x and farcry 5 gold edition. with the rewards site saying id receive 50,000 points for the xb1x and 6000 points for farcry, ive got 735 point available... whats going on?? haha

Also, I saw the Xbox One S gets 26K points. Is there no points for getting the original Xbox One? What about other games, since FC5 is 6k? I don't see a definitive list of things that are applicable.

Also looks like Sea of Thieves, the Bioshock Collection and State of Decay 2 are worth some points. Add that to my list.

My only problem with the feedback system Microsoft is rolling is this: they should not be making big changes to the software if 5-6k people want it via their votes on an obscure web site. 5-6k users do not represent the needs/wants of 5+ million. If they
want to make big drastic changes, they should be obvious fixes, not aesthetics that a small portion of their user base want. Making huge changes should require some sort of polling on the console itself, so that every user gets a say.
