Did not get 10$ back from preorder a game

I recently preorder forza motorsport ultimate edition and I did not received my 10% from the offer. I already contacted the support, but no luck there. Still a pending issue

Did you preorder digitally or as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com? Digital orders are not eligible for that offer.

If you did preorder from microsoftstore.com keep in mind the credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped. So there are still a few days before they should show as pending.

 

Preordering

I ordered two Xbox one games (titian fall and nfs) but I did not know I could buy them for the 360 and hen upgrade for $10 I am looking to get the xbox one at Christmas so I would have two games I would be unable to play. Is there any way if can change
my preorder from an xbox one preorder to a xbox 360?

 

Did you preorder digitally or through microsoftstore.com? The offer is a Microsoft Store offer, so if you purchased it digitally, you would not receive the $10.

If you did order it through microsoftstore.com, you would need to contact their customer service. If you are a Rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10.
