in this youtube video at 0:48 Larry Hryb clearly states that no one will lose access to their single player games once permanently banned, yet my OTHER account that did get perma-banned has lost access to all of its content. Thousands of dollars and 6+ years
of experience and joy down the drain, PLEASE MICROSOFT, LET ME PLAY MY SINGLEPLAYER GAMES!, my banned account is called 'AUSxHardstyle' i just want my oblivion dlc, i honestly dont care if i lose my account, but please just let me play oblivion with all the
dlc ive purchased, if you could tranafer the license from AUSxHardstyle to , that would be great, im not even asking for ALL MY CONTENT. Just want the ES4: Oblivion dlc, please i would literally do anything. Also my Dark Souls dlc... (Artorias
of The Abyss)

If you're still using the console your account has set as your Home console, then you don't lose access to the games. Otherwise, you forfeit everything you have on your account once you've been banned.

Just want to add my current account has a PERFECT record, and i aim to keep it that way!

 

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you forfeit all digital content,remaining gold etc. if your account is permanently banned.

To get perma banned you've either done something extremely severe or you have had a lot of enforcement actions on your account in the past yet still kept violating the rules.

If your console wasn't set as your home console then that's it,no one will change that for you & you will not be unbanned for 20 minutes.

The license's for the games will not be transferred to your new account either.

To put it bluntly,if you have lost access to your digital games you only have yourself to blame.
