    Hello, i contacted the support via chat, and it was what i fear.. I was hacked by 2 different people one from USA and another somewhere in Asia had used my account to buy 12-month, i just had to change password, done.

    But the refund thing is complicated.

    When i'm reaching the: Contact us - Billing -
    no thanks - Request a refund

    Im not heading in to the section where i have to write down ordernumber etc...

    I'm reaching a "Ops what happened here?" page like it couldn't found it and instead im reaching a page where i chat with the robot.

    The contact said i have to remove cookies, try another device and etc.

    It didn't worked.

    So im stuck there for now.

    Anyone know the reason or a solution for this?

    Here is a picture of what im talking about, but it is in Swedish, but maybe you recognize it then. Did i paid .99 for 12-months when i already had automatically paid for 1-month ... :)

    refund request form
    . It will be reviewed by the refund team.

    So, this page is taking you to contact support. I tried to translate the best I could. So my understanding on the yellow banner is mentioning that its required to verify a Microsoft child account. So I need a bit of clarification, is your child an adult
    account or child account?

    If you have submitted a refund request form, it may take 48 hours for it to be reviewed and a response to be sent via email. When you submit the refund request form, you should get a confirmation email with a service request number. This is a case number
    for reference to your request that is used by phone/chat support to look at your case if need be. If you have any questions regarding the refund request, you may directly email the refund specialist from the confirmation email.
