Did i paid $59.99 for 12-months when i already had automatically paid for 1-month ...

I'm angry and in shocked. Have Microsoft did something with my account?

I have automatically everytime paid for my 1-month subscriptions like in all years which is $9.99. And it has already being paid at October 8th this month, and now when i checked and watched, i've paid a 12 months subscrition for $59.99? I haven't done it??

Do i have being hacked or something??

Paid for 1 month subscription, also charged for 12 months

While I did verify Onyx for his answer as that is the only way that you can get this sorted, I did want to stop in and let you know one thing. The system may say Gold 1 Month, however there should be an end date that will let you know when it's really ending.
So, say you bought a 1 Month and then bought 12 Months after, it would say 1 Month because the 12 Month "attached" itself to that 1. Be sure to check out your end date here on the website.

Additionally, if your account was set to auto-renew, but you didn't have any funds on whatever payment method you have, that may have just gone through. That happens when you add a new payment method. The system is supposed to switch over to that to make sure
the payment for the Gold time used is paid for.

Hope this clears things up for you with those couple of scenarios! If you would like to discuss further, please contact support as Onyx said since they can access your account and help with billing issues.

unfortunately xbox would not take that amount from you unless you have set it up that way, you will need to talk to an agent and see if they can help you with this serious issue

Im from Sweden, does Sweden have live chatt from where i live? and i left the subscribtion Immediately when I discovered that my money was paid (Hacked or what's the matter so it doesn't will be worse)
