    My Xbox Live 12 Month Gold MemberShip Subscription Is Not Showing AnyMore. I Bought My Xbox Live Gold On May 13 2015. Now My 12 Month Subscription It Says Pending.

    Wow woke up today and its back. Took a little over 24 hours but its there again. Thanks

    You cannot lose your tenure. However, it can take up to a week for it to repopulate your account. Please be patient and keep an eye out. I'm sure that it will come up again soon.

    It's cumulative I'd imagine still. So have you always had a 12 mo every year or were you doing like 1 month here and maybe a 3 month later when you're Silver, it doesn't get counted.

    I also am still showing incorrect tenure years. I did all recommended steps with no success. I have been a Gold member since day one release date of the 360. However my tenure shows 8. I may be wrong but even reading how tenure years are accrued, I should
    still be showing 10. With this November bringing me to 11. I have had no lapses in Gold membership status since 2004.

    What exactly is your tenure now?

    The tenure is accumulated so even if you go silver for a bit it should still keep track.

    I'm not sure when exactly the tenure should update although I did read once they only update on the anniversary of when your account was first created. Although I don't know if thats true or not.

    There are problems with the tenures losing years at the moment and MS are trying to fix them. So maybe thats what has happened to you.
