    Did I lose money because my sister is dump?


    sory for my very low english level Did I lose money because my sister is dump? :)

    About month ago my sister delete her account from Xbox360

    but she don't remember her e-mail, password ,nametag even her fiction name and surname.

    With this she delated almost all my games

    How can I prove my story in order to give me my games back?

    Yesterday i turned on my xbox one, iniciated my account and in the lateral menu in the last thing wich is a gear in front it was a 1 when i went there it showed up sistem update available and i did the update. Today i did the same thing and its shownig up
    another sistem update is it normal? And is it safe to do it because of the recent bug?Please help me.

    thanks and my dlc should i download or cancel. plus my sister has one and hers is fine all the dlc is there but she didn't download AC 2 is it because i did. thanks

    Hi RoofedHickory3

    As long as the games were purchased on your own personal account then all you need to do is to

    review your download/purchase history     and you should be able to re download the games again.

    If a player came in to my game and took a unrequested dump i would kick them too.

    so if you drop things and the host did not ask you to then expect to lose everything you dropped.
