Did I just send my Xbox One controller off to be lost?

So I decided to order a replacement Xbox One Controller on May 3rd I believe, however did not actually send it off until the 29th or the 30th of May. Since there was still no word, I decided to check my email, and found the exact same type of email I originally
received to send it off. It was sent with the date June 8th however. I then decided to track it here on this website, and find that the order has been cancelled for the May 3rd one, but I never canceled it. I also now have an order, for order in progress,
for June 8th with the ship to information being sent to me. I am confused to be honest, did I lost my controller in the mail or am I being sent it back?

Xbox one reliability

Just had to send my kinect back as it died on me. Add to this when I wanted a second controller it arrived and the guide button did not work, replacement sent to me and the second one was also faulty so had to send that one back also and get a third one....which did work.

My xbox one is also acting strangely, twice it has switched off and the only way to turn it back on was to remove the power brick completely and wait before plugging back in to turn the xbox back on again.

Am I just unlucky or are other people experiencing the same sort of issues?

 

Controller Analogue Stick Issue

Contact support and they'll probably get you to send your controller off. I had to send off my 360 once, it came back perfect. I wouldn't worry about the day one controller either, I'd say they'd just fix it and send it back. Hope this helps!

 

I would say contact support chat they could either be held up or its on its way back
