Did I earn it or is this very strict?

This is in the Support Section, but not entirely sure exactly where to put it, so it ended up here. Might as well been in the regular as well.

Anyway, am wondering about the Timezones regarding getting the last minute Achievements in during last and first date each month, or if this is extremely strict regarding the midnight hour for each Country or Region.

Just wondering if Achievements is needed to be received in your game within Midnight in your own specific Country or if it is based on for an entire Region (When thinking about Region I mean Europe, which I´m in) you live in.

Asking since I was playing and had less then 5 Achievements in total for my games before my time in MY Country was exact Midnight (Yes, the hour it changes from 31st from the last to the 1st in the month).

Ok, now. Not that many minutes into the new hour (Actually less then 15 mts I know) and date I was able to smack in 2 more Achievements in a row, taking me above the 5 Achievement score necessary.

I know time in my Country is 12 and midnight and the new date is the 1st, but in other Countries in the European Region it is still on the 31st.

Is my 2 last Achievements I earned still counting as having 5 and above of completing that Rewards (Usually #3) goal and getting my bonus, since still there are Countries in the European Region that is still on the 31st of March??

Or is this extremely strict from Country to Country?

Xbox gamer score that is not mine.

I had an account from a long time ago that I did not play very much. I finally remembered the log in for it and just went into it. When I went in it looks as if someone has been playing under my account. Only had a small gamer score of around 3500 when
I last played. Now there is a gamer score a lot higher on there with games on it that I did not play. Can you please reset this. I do not want achivements that I did not earn. I want to earn them myself.

 

Power ups bug

When did you get your 32nd power-up? Did you run out of power-ups before? How did you obtain the power-ups? Did you earn them or did you buy them? Any details that you can provide on what happened before this issue occurred would be very helpful.

Support will post back and verify if you got it in time, but the offers run on UTC time zone. So you would have had to make sure you got the last of the achievements by 23:59 pm UTC. For example, I live in the US in the central time zone, so I would have
had to have the achievements done by 7pm.

 

That´s why I´m asking, if this is Region based or specific from Country to Country. Not even sure what UTC is short for, but I can say at least this: I know when my time is, let´s say 11:30 PM, the time in UK is 10:30 PM.

And I also know that when they update this whole new info about new this and new that on the Xbox Rewards site for the new month, my time is, if I´m not totally wrong, 2 AM my time.

I am able to log in on the Rewards site, let´s say 0:35 AM (Yes, this is 35 minutes into the date 1st of new month) my time on the 1st of the month and still see last months this and that still up. It is still some time to go before it all changes.

 

UTC is Universal Coordinated Time. If you google UTC time it will tell you what time that is in your area. That should help you figure out the time difference between the program and your own time.
