    Did anybody preorder the Xbox Series S from Amazon exclusively? I was on the page the entire time since 11 am, but it never showed up. Anybody else have this problem?

    So you did not preorder it from the store and you purchased it after the release date the free AC6 was a pre order bonus. You did not preorder it so would not be enititled

    some banks take the charge and puts a hold on your account till the day it ships I preordered the ps4 from amazon nothing down like amazon policies says and nothing on my bank account statement canceled the preodered went to pre order the xbox one and amazon
    did not have the xbox one day one system so I went and preordered from Microsoft store. still no charge on my account.
