Did Anyone Get Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China For The Xbox One?

If you know anyone with a half decent PC you can currently get nine Assassin's Creed titles for $15 at Humble Bundle The Humble Assassin's Creed Bundle

The titles are Assassin's Creed: Chronicles China, India, and Russia.

Assassin's Creed 1, 2, Brotherhood, 3 (and King Washington DLC), Liberation, and Unity.

Pretty good deal since Assassin's Creed 3 alone is $19.99 on the Xbox marketplace at the moment.

Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India is a standalone purchase and is not included in the Unity Season Pass. All three planned Chronicles will be available as standalone purchases. You can still get Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China even if you didn't purchase
a Unity Season Pass.

Ubisoft graciously gave me a code to it .. i played a quick few mins before work a few days ago. from that few mins i liked it.

I downloaded it. I haven't touched it yet. Still burned out with the 5 games per year release cycle they are currently on. I do believe it looks interesting though.

 

If you do pick it up Goth let us know ur thoughts. Just started playing Unity and it is nowhere her as fun as black flag. I think I just loved the pirate setting. Here's hoping for a pirates of the Caribbean game!

 

Boas BS5, I Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag was a disappointment in my opinion.

My problem with Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag was that it was a wasted opportunity. Instead of taking a risk to create a new (Pirate) IP. They cash grabbed a solid pirate game and used the Assassin's Creed name.

Imagine having the Black Flag mechanics, with Dragon Age/Mass Effect style party/crew recruiting for your ship. Being able to board and take any ship and make it yours with total ship customization. That is only the surface of my ideas for what Black Flag
could have been.

And that is why I personally frown upon Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag. It was a fun, solid game. But a garbage Assassin's Creed

 

So I actually picked this up. It seems ok so far for a $9.99 game. It's obviously a different play style from other Assassin's Creed titles but I'd recommend it to those who have some spare change laying around.

 

One person I have talked to said this about the game.

Wow, this Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China is absolutely gorgeous

It's a 2.5D side scroller that's like playing in a watercolor paint

That alone makes me want to check it out.

 

I'm still debating on this game. AC has always been a huge hit or miss for me. But this one seems pretty different enough that I might just get in on it.
