Did anyone couldn't get the free game on thier xbox 360 and had to resort to going to the...

I don't know if this is a glitch or not but from my last experience with it chances are that sure isn't the case. I had this sort of thing happened to me last month and the only way for me to get my free game from xbox games with gold on my xbox 360 was to go to the website, click on the button to own it, go back to my xbox 360 and then download it from there. I assumed microsoft would fix this (which im going to doubt on this right now) but turns out it happened again this month so what gives.

Plus this is the only way for me to get xbox 360 games (and maybe the occasional original xbox games as well) as I can't find them at all in most mainstream retail stores without having to resort to the internet. I only have a xbox 360 for anyone who remembered and I don't have enough cash to own a xbox one and/or xbox series X and the worst part is that only a small handful of my games both digital and physical are not backwards compatible with the later two.

I also had this one small problem when I was trying to download one of the free DLC for this game and by the time I got to the last one and start to download it onto my console it didn't showed up in my active downloads feed so I tried downloading again and so far it works but I thinks its safe this may or may not be a glitch and that disturbs me. I just had to bring this one up in case anyone were having this sort of problem cause this was my first time with this and I don't remember if it ever happened to be before.

Look, I for one have owned an xbox 360 since the mid 2010's and you would not believe on how far behind on all the great content the 360 has to offer and I don't want anything bad happening to my console and/or my account for that matter.

Guys im scared and microsoft won't tell me anything about this. Would somebody shed some light into all of this if anyone has been in my shoes with all of this? Im speaking to any one who has only owned or still owned a xbox 360 and I don't wanna be alone on this problem.
