    Did Any one Else have issuse when transferring data from xbox one to xbox one x Via Network transfer?

    If so try resetting the old xbox. Settings>System>console Info>reset Console>reset and keep my games and apps.





    Then sign into your new console And transfer data.





    I wasted a lot of time before I discovered this, as my new xbox one x did not see old xbox, , even though I had set allow data transfer on both consoles.

    You shouldn't have any issue transferring all of your saved characters to xbox one from 360.

    are you transferring them correctly as only one save file can be uploaded at a time, so you have to transfer your saved data for each character one by one, I only just recently did this for my borderlands 2 saved characters and had major problems getting
    all of the characters transferred.

    All my games on my Xbox one were digital copies of the top games . I did this knowing these were going to be enhanced on the Xbox one X.Purchased xbox one x & trasfrerred the digital copies over. Im excited to play the 4k HDR games on a new tv I purchased
    for this reason . Its Nov. 30 2017, I have the games d/ed & have what looks like it should the option to launch each game . I press launch game goes to show me an error code 0x8o3f8001..With the question are you owner this game ?blah blah , Every single transferred
    game, around 19 total repeat the same exact error message . I've. talked to customer support 5 times since . 1st person said he couldn't help & hung up on me..second one was attempting. to help but can't access the information of my account to fix it. Level
    1 cutomer support, basically read a standardized statement. They have no ability to help the issues that the Xboxone X is repeatedly causing the new buyers to not be able to play thier tranferrerd especially digital games. The saves from the my hrs of playing
    each game version of xbox one did not transfer with the game files. So I have still non functional premium Xbox one X & it's already been 40 days with no effort or compatency in the over 5hrs of phone customer level one support. Ending with last weeks attempt
    by me to end an issue of me feeling like a large amount my money was just taken, & getting zero in return. My call was like every other previous attempt to get help. She says hello can you tell me the issue that you need help with I tell her my transferred
    games. won't launch. She ask me if I could be put on hold for a minute, I say sure ....put it on speaker so I could listen to the 70's elevator music they play as you wait . I set the phone next to me & just thought to myself ;Are they aware of the damage

  5. Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to your xbox.

    Do the games load ok from your internal drive. might be worth unplugging your external drive to make sure and load a game from internal drive.

    Don't really keep anything on the internal drive; bounce my Seagate external 2Gb from a day 1 X Box, to a S, to a X with no problems. The 6Tb Western Digital that I moved from the S to the X work fine also.

    Does microsoft hand the external hard drives out for free when buying the xboxonex? If not why expect people to just spend upwards of $700.00 to get one game & an external HD to be able to transfer the games from your xbox one with a much easier process.
    They kept that part sort of quiet as the easiest simple way to have everything transferred & ready to play in an hr. Was it because the cost would look far too much for the general public to swallow? Without the external hard drive people have easily lost
    access to their entire library of games. Customer service was not trained to handle the issues that have made Microsoft suddenly add self help advice after two months of the release have the instructions on trying to have the transfer of especially the Digital
    games that were on the Xbox one a chance to a successful transfer. Like many others my entire library is in digital purgatory .Not showing up anywhere on the official Microsoft site under my purchases, but I have screenshots of the games being played with
    dates in months before the X " was " released. They have my account email showing in upper left my & gametag +date taken. Most them transferred over but give the error of not owning the game after pushing play like there is nothing wrong. more then 5hrs of
    phone time wasted with level 1 customer service who have no clue how to help solve a $2000.00 & 6 weeks of money meant for entertainment that has given me nothing but a frustrating helpless feeling in return. It's not how a company should treat a loyal Microsoft
    console owner from the first one, & has purchased his sons from the 360 & 2 copies of top games for them plus myself adding up to over $20,000. spent on Microsoft products & I have recieved no intelligent help from customer support . Hung up on ... yes told
    to hold for one minute ,that I put phone on speaker function & let the background music they have for your inconvenience go on for 38 minutes without 1 check to tell me I should just call back. I left it on as to show they really could care less about helping
    anyone out of that has a nonfunctionable premium entertainment piece of home theater & game system. Which was given the least amount of instructions of a product like a computer that if not explained in detail & is expected to not be easily rendered useless
    was a call made by people familiar with it or have plenty of money & knew buying the external HD was almost a must accessory that was not made loud & clear for certain reasons, but will cause more of a negative reaction then if the external hd was made well
    known as a must have to not be in the position Im forced to deal with. As you can see this does sit well with my way of treating others who have added to the successes of prior consoles along with millions of loyal cosumers .It only takes one expensive cost
    & show of a lack of care for their hard earned money to be spent on a product that sits gathering dust & can't find one person to fix the issue that I know a higher level of support= tech support can fix with no problem. It's the problem of reaching that level
    when level 1general customer support does not care to help. The frustration that they have caused makes me take days off from attempting to call support even a week because they are actually in the way of getting my games playable again. They cause more harm
    then help . Now that is the sad honest truth. Not trying to cause more neg. responses I have a sibling that has been a valuable asset working for them since about the same time the first Xbox came out . He cant believe what is transpiring with my situation.
    What does a person do when I get emails from a certain customer support employee who lies about all the effort she is putting in to help me? False claims of calling my cell ..do they not know what caller ID is? Then her excuse for saying she could not get
    answer was she been forgetting to dial #1 first since she was calling The United States the entire time.....That is soo crazy to use that as an excuse , no way I could make that story up. This is what I have to deal with as my help to have my investment in

    a very quick manner hired a different temp company to quickly replace the dishonest & rude group who no doubt harmed the companies image. I've never experienced anywhere near the level of useless, & have no fear to be rude, dishonest support to the people
    seeking help. I'm totally being honest in hope for the good of the company.
