    Did a Factory Reset and Now i Cant download any games.


    Hey, Firstly im talking on behalf of my Friend who sadly cannot access this page so i am doing it for her.

    The issue is that her console was in the Xbox Insider Program when an update caused there to be some issues and ended up having to do a factory reset. Doing this mean she had ti put her Account back onto the xbox. After doing so there is no games on her
    ready to install and when she goes to the store they say she needs to buy them.

    PS: Im able to get info from her if anyone needs more details, however, me and my friend who is a developer apprentice cant find any more faults with the account apart from this

    Can't move/copy to external hard drive

    Well since it was looking like I would have to re-download everything from the marketplace, I went ahead and did a factory reset.

    The factory reset appears to have fixed the issue. I am now able to move/copy content between devices. Now it's time to download 500+GB of data. Did a Factory Reset and Now i Cant download any games. :p

    There is a prompt to try again later.

    Before the factory reset I could login but the games did not download.

    So i have tried the factory reset now. I did both Reset and Keep games/apps, and Reset and Remove everything and the problem persists. I do not think it ever deleted any system updates though because each time I reset it it never downloaded system updates.
    Is there a way to make the xbox reset its system updates?

    I have the same problem, i tried everything. Thought changing dns will fix this but not.. This began after last xbox live error i had black screen and buttons werent working so i did reset to factory reset with deleting all games and apps. That was my
    mistake🤦‍♂️since then i cant download apps , error 0x80072f8f. Any other solutions? Please
