Did a factory reset and it now shows I have 0 gamerscore

My Xbox One console was having problems. Upon powering my device, i would encounter an unresponsive black screen or an inresponsive green xbox one logo screen. In this case i followed a troubleshooting step to factory reset my console leaving the games.
When i went to recovery mu account/profile it showed i had 0 gamerscore.

is it stuck this way?

i am also unable to pick a gamerpicture.

Do you ever wish you could choose to reset your GS for individual games to get achievements again?

You can't cheat if it resets your achievements and gamerscore for that game and reduces your overall gamerscore by the same amount.

Say you have 50k GS. You reset the achievements and GS for ME2 which you had 1150GS in. Now you have 0 GS and achievements in ME2 and your overall GS is 48,850.

 

Xbox one gamerscore reset

My gamerscore was reset out of nowhere. It still shows the games I played yet they all have 0 gamerscore earned. I don't know why this happened but I earned them all legit? Any ideas on why it was reset and is it possible to recover? This didn't occur until
i was on Xbox one

 

It should be okay since gamerscore is tied to your account. Once you connect to Live it should sync it back.

Did factory reset fix the issue?

placed back on the console. There is a support article,

I'd make sure you're signed into the correct account and seeing the correct gamer tag.

 

Your console should eventually sync everything with Xbox Live after a short time. I didnt have any of my pins showing for a couple of hours after a factory reset. If you can log into your live account on the Xbox webpage and it shows the correct Gamerscore
you should be fine.

 

Same thing happened 2 me. I went to factory reset my Xbox today because of my friends list being buggy. Now Not only do I not have any gamerscore or achievements, my whole friends list had also been reset or disappeared. If u ever find a solution to this
please let me know I Cant find a fix anywhere for this
