Did a factory reset and accidentally deleted some games

I did a factory reset and accidentally deleted some games but can't remember all of them but ghost recon wildlands was one of them, would i be able to get that back from you guys or not really? Cause i have picture proof. Otherwise i wouldn't bother without
the proof unless you can look into that, what ive purchased vs what i have installed

Sorry your having problems. If you purchased the games with your account you can download them again. If a family member set your xbox as thier home xbox so you can play the dlc youll have to have them reset it back up.

I did the factory reset that keeps games and the factory reset where it deleted everything and still does not seem to work. I haven't attempted downloading other games and I do have an external hard drive.

Sorry to hear it. If a power cycle or factory reset did not work for you then please try deleting then reinstalling the game.

Thank you so much for the update and yes, that will be the best option but first, try to move a game from an External hard drive to Internal storage to check if the same issue will occur, if not, reformatting the drive will be the best option as it can be corrupted.
