Diablo ultimate edition add ons won’t download

I just bought Diablo 4 ultimate edition, The base game installed fine, but none of the add ons for the game downloaded with it. when i go to manage the game in the store, it says “we’re having trouble getting your stuff right now” Does anyone know how i can get my game add ons that i paid almost $30 dollars more for installed?

Please check first if you have a completed transaction for the Ultimate edition on your order history at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it's completed, some of the add-ons can be accessed later through the game like the mounts. You will have to be in Act 4 first before you can access it.

Please tell me that Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition for the Xbox 360 is only going to convert the save files on the gamertag that plays Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edtion. I want to keep the save files from this gamertag to Diablo 3 Classic.

I hate the fact that the Wizard got nerfed in Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition, so I made another gamertag just to play Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition.

What usually happens when you purchase the Ultimate Edition, is you get the standard edition, and then the add-ons are in game, not add-ons that you download.
