    Diablo reaper of soul don't start


    hi

    i have Xbox one S buying in december

    I buy diablo repair of soul on store.

    download is ok, upgrade is ok

    when i start y have the picture then black screen and then coming on xbox home page

    the other games work good

    i have reset the xbox one S and clear cache twice

    reinstalling diablo but don't work

    any solution for me ?

    Unfortunately, I will have to install both Diablo 3 Classic & Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition because this gamertag will not be going into Reaper Of Souls immediately because I want to test the waters with a different gamertag just in case I don't like the
    changes that are added (because there is no undo function once the save files have been converted to Reaper Of Souls save files).
