    So what does that mean ? I’ve purchased it and played it during the trial . I can’t get my money back as I’ve played more then 2 hrs . Is it not compatible as my friend has his working and we purchased the game the same way

    I can see here that the tagging is for Xbox consoles but I would like to clarify, are you trying to play the game on your PC or Xbox?

    The game that you purchased on Battlenet is only accessible on PC, Tony. Sorry for that. For refund options you can try reaching out to Battlenet support since the game was purchased from there.

    Game not launching from xbox companion app

    Having the same issue.. Launching No Mans Sky through the Xbox (beta) app redirects me to 'Gaming Services' in the Microsoft Store which says that it's installed. Have tried uninstalling both with no joy. It has launched before from the Xbox app, but won't
    now.
