Diablo III Reaper Of Souls Ultimate Edition Language Problem

I have buy and downloaded Diablo III RoS Ultimate Edition for Xbox 360 (gamertag )

It is written that the game supports French but when I start it, it il only in English.

I looked in my consol sttings and it's set up in French language and located in France.

I contacted the Xbox support on Twitter and they asked me to uninstall the game, clear cache of my Xbox 360, reboot the console, reinstall the game and check what language options I see in the game. I tried to do what they said but it didnt work, the game
restarted in English and i do not see anything that allows me to change the language.

The Xbox Support on Twitter recommend me to contact Blizzard problemon Twitter for let me know if there is another way of changing the language but they send me back to you because they have no solutions to my problem.

This is a first time this happens to me, all my other download games work perfectly in French ususaly.

Neither Diablo III nor Diablo III Reaper of Souls Ultimate Evil Edition are available for download on Xbox 360 ...
