Diablo III Monk equipment bug?

Was there a recent patch that screwed up damage calculation for Monks on Diablo 3? I was playing with some friends earlier tonight, and one of us was using his Monk, and noticed that he was getting better DPS with a single weapon or a weapon and shield equipped
than dual-wielding. I came home and started using my Monk, and found the same thing to be true. I know this wasn't the case a week or so ago. Has anyone else noticed this, and who can I get in touch with to get this fixed?

Major Features
Patch 2.3 introduces Kanai's Cube, a throwback to Diablo 2's Horadric Cube which allows you to further customize and empower your character. The Cube is found in a new zone, the Ruins of Sescheron, the Barbarian capital that fell to Baal in Diablo II - The Lord of Destruction.

Season 4 - starting on August 28th - brings Season Journeys, a new progression and reward system. There are also new difficulty levels, the removal of GR Trials and much more to be found in the Adventure Mode section!

Classes & Items
As always, the patch brings Balancing changes to all classes and their items, this time focusing on the Witch Doctor. There are also new class Sets forCrusaders, Monks, and Witch Doctors as well as general changes to Crowd Control skills.

Looking for a good RPG

Diablo II for PC, then supplement with upcoming Diablo III.

 

The only thing you can do is wait for the next update for the developers to fix the bug.
