    Diablo III - Error - There was a problem with joining the game.


    I have a problem with Diablo 3. When I try to join the group I get an error: There was a problem with joining the game.

    A friend trying to join me has the same problem. I've tried to change all the configuration settings in the game, but it's still the same problem. I can not find a way to solve this problem anywhere. Blizzard requests that they contact Microsoft. Please help.

    Diablo III - Error - There was a problem with joining the game.

    Try clearing the cache and then reinstall the game bro.
    Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    After trying this, reinstall the game.
    It may work for you :D.

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue joining a game in Diablo III. I would like to clarify after it gives you the message 'there was a problem with joining the game.' do you get also an error code? Does
    this happen with any other game? Have you guys tested your network connection? Make sure that your NAT type is Open as this is recommended for online gameplay.



    If you haven't already I suggest for both of you to Power cycle your console and network
    hardware. Follow these steps:



    • Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
    • Press and hold the Xbox
      button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off.
    • Wait 30 seconds and plug the console back and plug in the rest of your hardware and check to see if you still experience the same connection problem as before.

    Nothing is working

    I'm having the same problem I can not use anything. Only two games open however the following error appears:

    Titanfall - Error reading profile

    Diablo III - Synchronization failed or was canceled

    The remaining games and apps not open ...
