Diablo III Achievements Won't Unlock

Hi all,

I've been playing Diablo III on the Xbox One since it was released and I have an issue with several of the achievements not unlocking.

I'm aware that if the Xbox has tracked the achievement and if it's showing 100% it may take a day or two to update, but my achievement progress for these locked achievements is 0% and it has been for the last 5 days or so. I was without internet for one day
last week and it's possible I was playing offline when I obtained all of these achievements which may have something to do with the problem. I've tried power cycling the console, powering down and unplugging the console and I've also tried reinstalling the
game, but nothing has worked.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

My achievements won't unlock all of a sudden.

This problem seems to be related to certain games / Xbox Live Service. 90% of my games have achievements and unlock fine, but I noticed after getting really far in Diablo III that it still shows 0 achievements unlocked. Also a friend that has Diablo III
has the same problem and when we compare games it doesn't even show in our compare games list.

I've since purchased other games and they unlock achievements fine, like the other day I purchased Destiny and that's showing fine. Now today I've purchased Sixty Second Shooter Prime, Stick It To The Man and Strider. Now Sixty Second Shooter Prime is showing
achievements but Stick It To The Man and Strider are not. There's definitely a serious bug on the Xbox Live Achievements service. A month has gone by and I still have no achievements for Diablo III, so I know when a game doesn't show any achievements as
unlocking it never will do. I've also tried to hard reset and have two Xbox One's and it's the same on both Xbox Ones.

MICROSOFT THIS IS A SERIOUS BUG THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IN A FUTURE UPDATE!

 

Achievements still Locked

I'm having the same issue with Diablo III and Minecraft. I've done everything recommended to "fix" this issue and the achievements are at the whole "Done...Unlocking" phase. I gotta say I find the achievement system on the Xbox One to be a step backwards
from the Xbox 360. What's the point of having achievements in a game if they don't unlock when the requirements are met?

This error has been experienced by multiple players, and I would assume that there will be a patch for the issue. It is unclear whether or not this is on Blizzard's end, but it may help to visit their Diablo III forum site and make a post under the console
section. Have you tried going for the achievements again (i.e. defeating the bosses again)? Please let us know.

Old thread but did this get solved? Having the same problem now, with this achievement. In the xbox one app on the console it says complete, unlocking on the achievement but nothing happens. Have been like this for over 24 hours and achievements completed
after this (two other bosses) has unlocked as they should. Xbox support referred to the forums for this kind of problems. Not the end of the world but would like the complete 1000GS at some time.

Best not to post in old threads because the mods usually just end up locking them.

Anyway give it another couple of days. I've had this happen a few times when achievements appear to be stuck on done..unlocking.

But eventually they just appear unlocked. You probably wont even get a notification.

As Malacath said, it can sometimes take a bit for achievements to pop. Give it 72-hours and if the achievement hasn't popped yet please check out
this thread and run through all the steps there, including the survey
