diablo achievements

I've been playing diablo 3 for a few days now and realized that there was an xbox live service alert 2 days ago about achievements. I checked my achievements for diablo and i see that there are two that are at 100% and yet remained locked. i assumed once
this service alert was resolved, the achievements would unlock. so i am wondering what will happen now and what can i do to get my achievements. thanks in advance.

Achievements in different language

Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls - Ultimate Evil Edition (Download Version) : English notification pops, but Achievement App shows achievements in German. Using preview dashboard.

 

Same happened for beating act 3. Done but no achievement popped. This happened on Watch Dogs as well and they showed up a few days later.
