Diablo 4 Ultimate Edition error

Please help. I purchased Diablo 4 Ultimate Edition but I was only able to download the standard edition in my Xbox. It was showing in the Xbox store that I have to buy it for $99.99 but I was charged already with $110.24 in my credit card.

I am looking forward to Diablo 4 because I will be starting out with a new character

I will abandon Diablo 4 if Blizzard pulls the same bull turd that they did with Diablo 3 vanilla (NERF the hell out of Diablo 4 vanilla) when Diablo 4 Ultimate Evil Edition comes out.

I baught Diablo 4 Ultimate Edition and never got the DLC items from it. I literally only got the game. I did check purchase history like you suggested and its shows i baught the ultimate edition. Im supposed to get items for Diablo 3 and Immortal as well as an item for WOW.

All versions show as the standard edition & there is no separate dlc download.

The horse stuff doesn't become available until the start of act 4 in the story,the season pass stuff isn't available until season one starts in mid July & the wings of the creator emote should be available to equip via the emote menu once in game.

Try deleting your account´s cache

Delete account Cache

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.

4. Close.

Power Cycle:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.
